I have a longing.

I long to see music ministries thriving again: being connected, equipped, and mobilized. I long to see leaders activated, vision clarified, and ministry made dynamic through creativity & empowerment and skill-building.

For nearly 20 years, I have led in a variety of music ministries. From guest teaching and leading my high school gospel choir at age 18, to starting new music ministries in new church plants, to building on existing praise & worship teams, to facilitating ministry workshops for churches and nonprofit organizations. Whew! - I’ve done it - and loved it - and with great intention!

Over the years, I’ve honed the skills of strategy, relationship-building, and musical development as I led adult volunteers, college students, and children through joys, pains, failures, and successes. In every season and opportunity, God has kept my eye fixed on fostering a space where stronger musical skill, stronger relationships, and stronger vision could meet to forge truly thriving ministries for the glory of our God!

Truth is

  1. we’ve been operating in survival mode for far. too. long.

  2. the cost we pay to stay surviving is too high to justify.
